Are you a compassionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a role that offers both meaningful clinical work and real flexibility? Our small, supportive boutique private practice is seeking a motivated full-time SLP to help children from early childhood through adolescence build the communication and feeding skills they need to thrive.

In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients, supporting their communication development and improving their quality of life. Your expertise will help children overcome speech and language challenges, fostering growth through innovative therapy techniques, collaborative care, and family engagement. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to identify speech, language, and communication impairments using standardized tests and clinical observations.

• Develop individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices for early intervention and ongoing treatment.

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions through various modalities, including in-person and telehealth platforms, to promote effective communication skills.

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies and consistent progress.

• Implement therapy techniques focused on improving speech articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and fluency.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, session notes, and treatment plans within electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems while adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Participate in team meetings to coordinate care for children with complex needs or disabilities and support continued learning

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Iowa SLP license or eligibility for Iowa licensure

• CCC-SLP preferred but not required

• Pediatric experience (especially in feeding) is highly preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, caregivers, and colleagues

• A compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

• Ideal start date in November or December
